Questa ricetta prende spunto da un  piatto della tradizione culinaria siciliana, la pasta con l'anciova! Questo è un mix imperdibile! Questa è la prima volta che faccio i bignè... e me ne sono accorta! Infatti la prima teglietta è finita nella spazzatura... fantastico! Insieme al mio amico Patrick Lanzino, sommelier, ho avuto il piacere di provare questo buonissimo rosso, prodotto dall'azienda vinicola Villa Petriolo. 

Rosae Mnemosis, un ottimo chianti D.O.C.G, 90% sangiovese e 10% merlot, dal colore rubino chiaro, di grande carattere, con tannini molto equilibrati, piacevolmente dolce, rotondo e morbido al palato.
